Daniel Lee came to Bottega Veneta as creative director almost two years ago after a drastic break between the Italian house and Tomas Maier, his predecessor, after 17 years of relationship. Fran\u00e7ois-Henri Pinault, president of the Kering group (@kering_official<\/a>), pointed out the great talent of the British and his exceptional vision of the fashion world. At just 34 years of age, the designer gave a second life to the firm. His new show for MFW is his third since taking the reins.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The couturier was called “the silent radical<\/em>” by British Vogue. His appointment may not have been the most famous, but he has made his work count from the beginning. In just over a year, in 2019 he managed to make the two most sought-after products<\/strong><\/a> available. Since then, Bottega Veneta has become a safe investment.<\/p>\n

The collection for the FW20<\/strong> season dresses both male and female figures, from more classic and straight silhouettes to more conceptual and daring designs. What we like best about Lee is his ability to reinvent the brand’s classic codes without losing his essence. He maintains the Italian spirit and way of life from a new, modern perspective.<\/p>\n
