1.\u00a0<\/strong>Their\u00a0<\/span><\/b>creative universe is a consequence of oppression. <\/b>Hannah and Steven met at the<\/span>ir<\/span><\/span>design school in Montreal and discovered that they shared the same concerns and insecurities, and although in different ways, they had both experienced oppression. In Hannah’s case, <\/span>s<\/span><\/span>he felt that the imposed school uniform had limited h<\/span>er<\/span><\/span>and that <\/span>s<\/span><\/span>he had not developed h<\/span>er<\/span><\/span>own identity. Steven, for his part, suffered from racism and discrimination as a non-binary person of colo<\/span>u<\/span><\/span>r from an early age.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.<\/strong>They understand beauty differently. <\/b>It is obvious that they do. <\/span>Their goal<\/span><\/span>is to fight against conventions, beauty <\/span>standards<\/span><\/span>and binary society. They believe that all beauties and lifestyles have a place today, and with their<\/span>fight <\/span><\/span>they want to encourage other oppressed people who cannot find their place to express themselves freely.<\/span><\/p>\n
