Milan’s fashion governing body, the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, has announced the calendar of designers who will present their spring\/summer 2021 collections as part of a digital fashion week in July, replacing the traditional fashion shows that have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The program includes some of the most important Italian brands: Prada, Gucci, Ermenegildo Zegna, Missoni<\/strong> <\/em>and Salvatore Ferragamo<\/strong><\/em> are among the brands whose presentation is confirmed.<\/p>\n

However, many of the most revered names in Milan are absent. At the time of writing, Marni, Fendi<\/strong> <\/em>or Giorgio Armani<\/strong><\/em> are not among the participants. Other brands such as Bottega Veneta<\/strong><\/em> and Jil Sander<\/strong> <\/em>are presented in September.<\/p>\n

The men’s fashion shows in Paris, which should have taken place last week, will be replaced by a virtual event called Whispers of Paris,<\/em> which will take place from 9 to 13 July<\/strong>. So far, the list of participating designers has not been confirmed.<\/p>\n

The Milan fashion shows will be held from July 14 to 17, the Prada show at 14:00 p.m. CEST on July 14th and Gucci’s at 2:00 p.m. CEST<\/strong> on July 17th.
