As a solution, Pornhub has deleted all unverified content, increasing the number of videos from 13.5 million to 4.7 million.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-160318 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/highxtar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/highxtar-pornhub-borra-todos-los-videos-no-verificados-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"631\" srcset=\"https:\/\/highxtar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/highxtar-pornhub-borra-todos-los-videos-no-verificados-1.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/highxtar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/highxtar-pornhub-borra-todos-los-videos-no-verificados-1-300x189.jpg 300w, https:\/\/highxtar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/highxtar-pornhub-borra-todos-los-videos-no-verificados-1-768x485.jpg 768w, https:\/\/highxtar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/highxtar-pornhub-borra-todos-los-videos-no-verificados-1-973x614.jpg 973w, https:\/\/highxtar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/highxtar-pornhub-borra-todos-los-videos-no-verificados-1-508x321.jpg 508w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pornhub is bowing to pressure and deleting videos uploaded by unverified users, which account for more than half of its total repository.<\/strong> With this action, the website of pornographic content aims to end the accusations derived from <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2020\/12\/04\/opinion\/sunday\/pornhub-rape-trafficking.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the article <\/a><\/strong>published on December 4 in <strong>The New York Times.<\/strong> The American newspaper questioned the use of videos by the platform where <strong>sexual abuse, including of minors,<\/strong> was taking place.<\/p>\n<p>Such claims provoked a <strong>wave of rejection from different users and civil bodies. It even led to Mastercard and Visa ending their relationship with the company.<\/strong> With over 42 billion visits in 2019, <strong>Pornhub<\/strong> was forced to take action. Thus, the adult content <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/highxtar.com\/esta-es-la-capsula-de-pornhub-para-navidad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">giant<\/a><\/strong> removed all unverified uploaded videos. <strong>This reduced the content of its website by two thirds.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All videos removed from Pornhub have been replaced by a message stating: <em><strong>&#8220;Content is marked for verification according to our security policy&#8221;.<\/strong> <\/em>This is because the platform has decided to change its policy, preventing unverified users from uploading or downloading videos. In addition, <strong>it intends to launch a new verification process by 2021<\/strong>, in which it intends to add improved regulation.<\/p>\n<h5>Pornhub&#8217;s official statement<\/h5>\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;We have now discontinued all previously uploaded content that was not created by partner companies or model program members. This means that every material uploaded to Pornhub comes from verified sources.
