The two cities are strongly connected not only by their names, but also by <strong>San Gennaro:<\/strong>\u00a0the saint Naples&#8217; protector, and celebrated by a huge parade in the city on September 19th when his infamous miracle happened. Outside Naples, New York -and in particular Mulberry Street- also hosts huge celebrations in his honour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>San Gennaro<\/strong> references can be found all over the jersey; in the chest -that received a huge twist from the original one- where the yellow hat of the saint stands out; and also in the number 19 placed on the bottom of the shirt. The colors of the jersey which match the original versions, brings to mind <strong>San Gennaro<\/strong>&#8216;s blood. The jersey is also enriched with an all over pattern of an apple as an homage to<em><strong> &#8216;the city that never sleeps&#8217;<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery
