Its owner Michele Di Pierro.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-200807\" src=\"https:\/\/highxtar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/highxtar-supreme-spain-jale.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1199\" height=\"746\" srcset=\"https:\/\/highxtar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/highxtar-supreme-spain-jale.jpg 1199w, https:\/\/highxtar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/highxtar-supreme-spain-jale-300x187.jpg 300w, https:\/\/highxtar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/highxtar-supreme-spain-jale-1024x637.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/highxtar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/highxtar-supreme-spain-jale-768x478.jpg 768w, https:\/\/highxtar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/highxtar-supreme-spain-jale-973x605.jpg 973w, https:\/\/highxtar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/highxtar-supreme-spain-jale-508x316.jpg 508w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1199px) 100vw, 1199px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Neither Michele nor Marcello Di Pierro were present in court, and arrest warrants were &#8220;reissued following the sentencing,&#8221; according to Bloomberg. In a statement following the sentencing, Michele Di Pierro said Supreme&#8217;s legal attacks against him, his son and his company amount to <em><strong>&#8220;a very serious and unwarranted attack&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> involving <em><strong>&#8220;absurd, baseless and slanderous allegations of trademark counterfeiting.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>One of the biggest developments to date in this case, aside from the jury&#8217;s verdict and sentence for the Di Pierros, came when law enforcement officers went to the company&#8217;s factories in San Marino. They had orders to do the same in some cities in Italy. Armed with orders from two courts, the police seized all items bearing the Supreme name and the famous red and white box logo.
