About an hour ago, the winner of the LVMH 2018 award for best young designer was unveiled. This year the winner was: Doublet<\/strong>, the brand of Masayuki Ino<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

After a little reflection, very little, we have concluded that this award reaffirms a consolidated trend in the world of fashion, streets are now fashion.<\/p>\n

If at the Louis Vuitton Foundation<\/strong> with a jury composed of Karl Lagerfeld, Clare Waight Keller, Maria Grazia Chiuri<\/strong> and Nicolas Ghesqui\u00e8re<\/strong>, the winner is a streetwear brand, this again makes it clear that fashion is changing. The inspiration is no longer the bourgeoisie and the high standing, now we look at the neighbourhoods, the streets, in short: the reality of the majority of the population.<\/p>\n
