Close behind is <strong>Sting<\/strong>, who also sold his back catalogue for $210 million to<strong> Universal Music Group<\/strong>. Rounding out the podium is <strong>Tyler Perry<\/strong>, with $175 million in profits from the film and television industries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trey Parker<\/strong> and <strong>Matt Stone<\/strong>, the creators of<strong> South Park<\/strong>, are in fourth place after signing with <strong>Paramount<\/strong> and <strong>HBO<\/strong> <strong>Max<\/strong>, while<strong> James L. Brooks<\/strong> and <strong>Matt<\/strong> <strong>Groening<\/strong>, the two names behind <strong>The Simpsons<\/strong>, have a net worth of $105 million. <strong>Brad<\/strong> <strong>Pitt<\/strong> ties for the top spot thanks to his income from the sale of his production company and his recent big screen roles (<em>&#8216;Bullet Train&#8217;<\/em>, <em>&#8216;Babylon&#8217;<\/em> and <em>&#8216;The Lost City&#8217;<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>At number 6, <strong>The<\/strong> <strong>Rolling<\/strong> <strong>Stones<\/strong>, with 98 million dollars from their latest tour. <strong>James<\/strong> <strong>Cameron<\/strong> is close behind with $95 million thanks to the latest <strong>Avatar<\/strong> film, just ahead of <strong>Taylor<\/strong> <strong>Swift<\/strong>, the only woman on the list to have earned $92 million from her album sales.
