After his great collaboration ‘Pot Pop Top’, artist Javier Calleja is back with the Big Top Pot, a duo of pots in collaboration with Case Studyo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For this collaboration, Calleja adds a functional dimension and an even larger-than-life scale to his characteristic characters. The result is a stunning duo of unique planters produced by Case Studyo. Both characters depicted in the pots feature mesmerising eyes, offering a reassuring and comforting gaze, mesmerising anyone who looks at them. When put to use, the deeper meaning of the objects becomes crystal clear.<\/p>\n

Watching nature sprout from the heads of the artist’s characters is a deceptively simple metaphor for the beauty and unbridled creativity of a child’s mind. Javier Calleja’s figures represent a disarming innocence and a breathtaking purity that is pleasing to the eye in today’s complex society. With their big teary eyes and subtle blushes, the protagonists of the works are little heroes who have just overcome something painful and are about to smile again after crying.<\/p>\n
