After several years of silence, Dellafuente begins a new adventure with the release of his eighth studio album, ‘L\u00e1grimas pa otro d\u00eda’ (MAAS).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Through eight tracks, the man from Granada embarks on a sonic journey through different parts of the world such as Mexico, Cuba, Jamaica and, of course, Spain, to explore new references that will set him apart from the sound he has built throughout his career. Bolero, urban, corridos tumbados, bossa, salsa, reggae and bachata collide with his Andalusian roots in this album and make it a globally plural project, solidifying Dellafuente’s artistic figure as one of our country’s most valuable cultural assets.<\/p>\n

The “timeless folk music” grows up and enters a more experimental path, resulting in the fruit of many voices that take Chino’s vision to another plane. L\u00e1grimas pa otro d\u00eda’ is not a clash, it is a contrast of many elements that make sense through the artist. Apart from collaborating with regular figures in his career such as Antonio Narv\u00e1ez, the credits also feature names such as Rusowsky, Ralphie Choo, Dinamarca, Vatocholo or An\u00e9 Carrasco, jewels of the international emerging scene.<\/p>\n

Almost 20 minutes are enough for Dellafuente to show us what he has been working on all these years. “Cuando la cosa no me va buena”, “3 Caras”, “El camino”, “Ni soy santo”, “Carameloraro”, “Sharila”, “No te lo niego, ma dol\u00edo” and “Pa llorar” are the songs that make up the artist’s eighth studio album. A great variety of styles that combine with the essence of Granada, the “salero” and the personal lyrics to which we are accustomed. Music that will go down in the history of the music industry in our country for combining tradition and avant-garde in equal parts.<\/p>\n
