Since his appointment as artistic director of KENZO in September 2021, the arrival of the first pair of trainers designed by Nigo has been impatiently awaited.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Under a minimalist inspiration, the designer rescues some of the elements that marked the skate aesthetics of the mid-90s to include them in the new KENZO-DOME<\/strong>. The name pays homage to the emblematic D\u00d4ME<\/strong> in Paris<\/a><\/strong>, the skating rink located near the Palais de Tokyo<\/strong> that brings together the most renowned skaters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Made from suede or grained leather, they feature a large Napa<\/strong> upper with KENZO<\/strong> rubber flags and sit on a rubber outsole. They are available in different colourways and their aesthetic is reminiscent of some of Nike<\/strong>‘s most recognisable silhouettes such as the Air Force 1 Low<\/strong> or the SB Janoski<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
