It will be located in Stockholm and will have 242,811 m2 of floor space spread over 7,000 offices and 2,000 residential units.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The work will be carried out by the Swedish real estate company Atrium Ljungberg<\/strong><\/a> and is expected to be completed in 2027. An ambitious project that will house the southern part of Stockholm<\/strong> known as Sickla<\/strong>, which will intermingle housing, restaurants, shops and offices, thus creating a complete city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As reported, the development will maintain the unique Scandinavian aesthetic and will be built entirely in wood, thus reducing climate impact and construction time. It will focus on self-produced, stored and shared energy in keeping with Sweden<\/strong>‘s commitment to sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
