Vivienne Westwood and Eastpak launch an accessories collection featuring seven unique pieces, bringing together the classic designs and “Built to Resist” spirit of Eastpak and the distinctive DNA of the British design house.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The collection transforms Eastpak’s classic designs with the iconic “Planets” print, first introduced in Andreas Kronthaler’s SS19 runway show for Vivienne Westwood and inspired by the “Saturn Return” – which in astrology occurs when the planet Saturn returns to the same position it occupied at the time of a person’s birth. The return is said to occur only a small number of times in a lifetime and represents a period of significant change and transformation. The printing of the planets, with a focus on Saturn, suggests the need for a significant change in the treatment of our planet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exclusive collection has been created with longevity and practicality in mind in its design. Each sustainable model is made from recycled materials and faux leather. In addition, the collection supports the Cool Earth initiative (www.coolearth.org<\/a>), a charity that fights to protect endangered rainforests, combat global warming, help ecosystems and support employment for local people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
