In 2021 in an interview with Revolt.TV, Kanye said, “When I called Travis I said you know you copy me, boy. And if I’m the father, because I’m the father, the sons should know they’re sons.” An apparent feud that actually speaks volumes about how Scott has been inspired by Ye’s style over the years, both musically and aesthetically.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Now that Scott’s new album UTOPIA has become a worldwide success, that conversation has come up again, as many have pointed out the similarities between the rapper’s album and Kanye’s. Not to mention the fact that the poster for the upcoming Utopia Circus Maximus tour is signed by George Condo (a Kanye loyalist) or the involvement of Mike Dean on both albums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The similarities are not only limited to the music, but also extend to the aesthetics that Scott seems to have absorbed from West. Despite having quite different ways of dressing (at some point it was also A$AP Rocky who accused Scott of copying him), there are some similarities.
