However, according to statements made by <strong>David Bradberry,<\/strong> one of those affected, the true purpose of their recruitment was otherwise: &#8220;Jim made it clear to me that unless I let him perform oral sex on me, that I would not be meeting with Abercrombie &amp; Fitch or Mike Jeffries.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abercrombie &amp; Fitch,<\/strong> a brand known for its marketing strategy that emphasized sex appeal, has said it is &#8220;appalled and disgusted&#8221; by the allegations brought against its former executives. Mike Jeffries stepped down from his position at the company in 2014, citing declining sales and the need for a change in brand direction as reasons for his departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The BBC investigation has implicated 12 men who participated in sexual events allegedly organized or assisted by Jeffries and Smith between 2009 and 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While no official charges have yet been filed against Mike Jeffries, Matthew Smith or anyone else involved in these allegations, authorities are expected to take action in the near future.
