According to Lyst’s latest report, Maison Margiela’s Tabi Mary Jane is the most desired item of the last quarter of 2023.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These are shoes that feature a peculiarity of a traditional Japanese shoe that separates the toes through a slit. Although it may seem novel and certainly eccentric, tabi have been the object of desire of fashion insiders for decades, the fault of Martin Margiela<\/a><\/strong>, who made them the hallmark of his brand since he introduced them in 1988.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After leaving fashion weeks behind, many stylists and fashion experts have been spotted wearing them. If in previous years it was the heeled boots that were the most sought after, this time the Mary Janes have taken over the streetstyles. The figures confirm their success: Margiela’s Tabi by Margiela in their Mary Jane version are the most desired fashion item of the third quarter of 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is confirmed by the specialist fashion search platform Lyst. Every three months, fashion experts await the Lyst report, which reveals the ten most desired brands of the quarter as well as the most sought-after items.
