For the creative director of Acne Studios<\/strong>, Magnus<\/strong> has been a great inspiration in his career and has played a pivotal role in the development of his creative vision. So much so that he was instrumental in creating the unique ambience of the fashion house’s showroom as well as the design of the canteen and library at the Stockholm<\/a><\/strong> headquarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is why he has decided to pay tribute to him through the publication ‘My Friend Magnus’<\/em><\/strong>, where he highlights his friend’s particular style by compiling his best outfits. In the images we can see archive and contemporary pieces from Acne Studios<\/strong>, accompanied by a brief but detailed description.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Over the years, his vibrant personality, his taste in books and the references he found have fed my inspiration and helped me in my work,” <\/em><\/strong>says Johansson<\/strong>. “I hope this book will give more people an insight into the style that Magnus effortlessly radiates in the lives of those who know him personally. It is not a book to sit on a shelf; its purpose is to inspire and encourage others to push the boundaries of personal expression beyond trends, time and genre,” <\/em><\/strong>he adds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
