Dr. Martens teams up with Alpha Industries to launch a collection that pays homage to its workwear roots.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Dr. Martens x Alpha Industries collaboration revisits the original designs that distinguish each brand, in particular, the Alpha Industries MA-1 flight jacket, initially issued to the United States Air Force; and the iconic Dr. Martens boot. The collection underscores the shared essence of authenticity and resilience, characteristics that have defined both brands over the decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collection also includes the Tarik boot, reinvented with smooth leather and nylon that reflects the utility focus of the MA-1. It features red and black laces and a removable Alpha Industries tongue. True to Martens’ signature style, the boot also features iconic yellow stitching. Similarly, the Ben 1460 boot is also updated with the same materials and the distinctive DNA of both brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collaboration extends to accessories with the Alpha backpack, which combines functionality and style. The backpack is designed with additional pockets, robust smooth and Kiev leather, nylon and the signature Alpha pull tab. The campaign stars Lloyd Clipston, drummer of London-based alternative band Powerplant, who encapsulates the energetic and rebellious spirit of the collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
