Nicki took to the podcast to talk about her new magazine cover, and took the opportunity to share her thoughts on a few other topics.<\/h2>\n\n\n

“I guarantee you that if you change something about your body, have surgery and all that, chances are one day you’re going to look back and say, ‘I was fine just the way I was'”, the singer said in the new episode<\/a>. “And that’s what happened to me. I couldn’t even believe some of the photos that I didn’t like.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nicki<\/strong> talked about her reasons for undergoing surgery, “I didn’t like being skinny, having a flat butt\u2026 having boobs that didn’t sit high enough. It was a lot of things”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 40-year-old singer believes her perspective on her body changed when she gave birth to her son, now 3, whom she shares with husband Kenneth Petty. <\/strong>“I think pregnancy might have had an influence, because seeing my son reminded me a lot of myself. The real me,” she says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The performer, who did not go into detail about what procedures she has had done, also confessed that she used to avoid looking at old photos of herself, as she was never satisfied with her appearance. However, now she thinks, “I love the way that person looks physically.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
