Oakley’s new model combines the iconic Pro M Frame with the unmistakable shape of the Kato lens. 13:11 is about reinventing everything. Its design is the result of a legend that blends the past with cutting-edge advances in optical technology. Its curious alias comes from a very simple equation: the “M” in M Frame and the “K” in Kato correspond to the 13th and 11th letters of the alphabet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“This project has represented a collision between the past and the future that ushers in a new era for the brand. It was an honour to work with partners who are in touch with today’s subcultures and who were able to help us connect our DNA to today and the future,”<\/em><\/strong> said Brian Takumi, Oakley’s vice president of creative and soul of the brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sculpted surfaces of the 13.11, made of durable and flexible O-Matter™ material, are complemented by Unobtanium\u00ae nose pads and tips that ensure grip. Thanks to Oakley’s Prizm™ lens technology, colours and contrast look like never before. The model is presented in a custom hard case that follows the shape of the eyewear, a proposition inspired by the creation of this novelty and that gives rise to a new design narrative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
