Since the launch of the Mobile Suit Gundam series in 1979, the Gundam universe has continued to grow with compelling characters and complex storylines. Set in a future where Earth is embroiled in conflicts between space colonies and the Earth Federation, the franchise explores new technologies, the human condition and much more. With an eye toward its globally themed battles and the imaginative science fiction of the Gundam universe, Levi’s\u00ae collaborates with the TV franchise to create a futuristic and functional collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gundam humanoid machines piloted by talented humans are at the centre of all the action. The Levi’s\u00ae x Gundam SEED collection captures the sci-fi beauty of the mobile suits and the recurring struggle between different ideologies. Leading the way are the Levi’s\u00ae x Gundam SEED ’93 501\u00ae jeans and matching Relaxed Trucker. Made from indigo denim with a light stonewashed finish, both the jeans and jacket feature Strike Gundam prints, a blue jacron back patch and a co-branded patch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Levi’s\u00ae x Gundam SEED Technical Anorak jacket, meanwhile, is square and slightly fitted, with silver piping, oversized chest pockets, back tie straps and a large GAT-X105 Strike Gundam graphic on the back. It can be paired with the Cargo trousers, which also feature matching piping and co-branded Gundam patches on the cargo and back pockets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Levi’s\u00ae x Gundam SEED collection includes the Boxy Tee, available in Starbright White and Destruction Black. The light grey Rugby comes with a black cotton twill collar and a Strike Gundam print. The dark blue long sleeve tee features a ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam print on the back, as well as reflective prints. Finally, the red hoodie features a GAT-X303 Aegis Gundam print on the centre chest and a jacquard patch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collection is rounded out by a series of functional accessories: the Gundam SEED harness bag made of nylon and denim, the Gundam SEED Accent Pouch that can be attached to bags, trousers and more, and the Gundam SEED Utility Hat. Inspired by Gundam’s visions of the future, many pieces in the collection have a unique utilitarian element that combines with the futuristic aesthetic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
