As the artist herself confirmed during her appearance at the Billboard<\/strong> and NMPA Songwriter Awards<\/strong> in Los Angeles<\/strong>, she will present her new LP dedicated entirely to country music. Called ‘Lasso’<\/em><\/strong>, it is her tenth album, which comes a year after her last one, and on which she has been working for the past four years with renowned singer, songwriter and producer Jack Antonoff<\/a><\/strong>. Both have delved into Muscle Shoals<\/strong>, Nashville<\/strong> and Mississippi<\/strong> to soak up the culture of this musical genre and to be able to offer a unique project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The music business is going country. And so are we. It’s happening,” <\/em><\/strong>says Lana del Rey<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No official release date for the EP has been confirmed at this time, but it is expected to arrive in the coming months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
