The swoosh brand has unveiled the first sneak peek of the highly anticipated Nike KD 16 in the “Slim Reaper<\/strong>“. A basketball shoe that pays tribute to Kevin Durant<\/strong>, and his nickname ‘The Grim Reaper’, attributed to his height, leanness and lethal ability on the court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sneaker evokes that whole death-inspired look through the construction and aesthetic of the silhouette, which features new performance technology, and a black, latex and red colour scheme similar to blood splatter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The upper of the KD 16 features a camouflage print in red and black; while the tongue, insole, upper detailing and midsole are constructed in black with mesh, leather and suede overlays, sealed by Nike and KD logos along with TPU overlays. The sneakers are finished with an icy blue outsole that features a translucent red design along the outsole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
