The Olympic and Paralympic Games return to Paris this July 2024, and the founder of renowned Parisian streetwear brand Pigalle, St\u00e9phane Ashpool, has been selected as the lead designer to dress the French athletes for this eagerly awaited occasion. Inspired by the multiculturalism that defines the French team, Ashpool reimagines the iconic tricolor flag through a fusion of shades and languages that represent the country’s diversity. Together with Le Coq Sportif, Ashpool will oversee the design of all attire, from training uniforms to competition outfits, as well as ensembles for medal ceremonies, media interviews and official events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To pay tribute to the spirit of unity that defines both the city and its athletes, the designer has used the color palette of the French flag: a fusion of blue, white and red. From the path to victory depicted in gradient patterns to the glow of the podium celebrations, each outfit tells a story of dedication, resilience and triumph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pigalle’s urban style and craftsmanship excellence come together in a proposal of uniforms that reflect both the sporty spirit and Parisian identity. They offer breathability, elasticity and ecological responsibility, in a reiteration of Ashpool’s commitment to sustainability and innovation. Whether for training sessions, on the podium or in the midst of competition, the outfits embody the spirit of the French Olympic and Paralympic teams on every occasion.
