Parading for the first time in Copenhagen as winner of the Zalando\u00a0Visionary Award<\/strong><\/a> 2024, Irish designer Sin\u00e9ad O’Dwyer presents her Spring\/Summer 2025 collection, entitled Everything Opens To Touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Opera Park, an outdoor space, is transformed into the seductive world of a hot summer dream, with sculptures based on 3D scans of Sin\u00e9ad’s early works, created by artist Jade O’Belle, and sound by Witch Trials and Cosha, the latter reading a poem written exclusively for the show by London-based author Anastasiia Fedorova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This sound element further immerses us in the inclusive world of the designer, who continues to create alongside her models and collaborators, including this season’s Alva Claire and musician Mahalia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the second time, the brand collaborated with the Hair and Care Foundation to offer an experience during the show for blind and partially sighted people, this time through immersive audio descriptions and the distribution of fabric swatches that guests could touch throughout the show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hair and Care also championed the inclusion of a blind model and presenter, Lucy Edwards, who walked the catwalk with her guide dog – a first for CPH Fashion Week – and collaborated with the Danish Association of the Blind to invite blind and low vision people to experience the show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O’Dwyer reimagines its iconic designs, such as shibari-inspired harnesses, with new short sleeves, micro-culottes with slanted ruffles and fitted shirts in new materials, featuring dark blue denim, to offer a refined yet casual take on long moonlit nights and endless summer days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The brand has collaborated with Grounds Footwear to create a new version of its bubble-soled shoes, with lace-up uppers inspired by Irish dancing shoes, and a thong-style sandal. Savage X Fenty helps bring runway looks to life by providing lace underwear, which can be seen under layers of denim and fine wool. Ecco provides bags that O’Dwyer customises with his signature “Squiggle” stretch nylon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
