This choice suggests that more surprises are to come, but without promising anything. In a space marked by secrecy, rumours are growing in the sector: what is hidden behind that steel door?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will Sala de Despiece fans find the same old hits or is it a complete reset? \u2018At the moment everything is different, but we might use things from other venues as a tribute. We have a rolex that is not a rolex, although it has the same ingredients\u2026. We are going to contradict ourselves all the time\u2019, explains Javier Bonet to El Pa\u00eds. The product focused on local products such as young beef from \u00c1vila and the name of the chef Javier Lafuente are some of the clues revealed by the founder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
