Served on a tiered tray inspired by the luxury shopping centre’s logo, every bite is designed to surprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The gastronomic offer includes the \u2018One Bites\u2019<\/strong>, a signature bonbon filled with crunchy Spanish almond praline and 61% dark chocolate; the \u2018diamant madagascar\u2019<\/strong>, a sable-style tea pastry made with Madagascan butter and vanilla; ‘The Little Ones’<\/strong>, irresistible miniatures such as the ‘mini brownie noir’<\/strong>, a juicy chocolate brownie sponge cake or the ‘mini valentine’<\/strong>, a tender buttery Breton pastry with a touch of cinnamon and mandarin and apricot jam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, at the base we find \u2018The Big Ones\u2019<\/strong> containing the tartalette framboise, a tartlet with raspberry gel\u00e9e and almond Dacquoise-style sponge cake; and the tender chocolate cookie made with muscovado sugar, milk chocolate, caramelised walnuts and a touch of salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
