Following the filming of the long-awaited spin-off movie, the franchise’s creator has revealed that the return of Birmingham’s iconic characters will not mark the end of the story.<\/h2>\n\n\n

In a recent chat with Jane Mulkerrins<\/strong> for Times Radio<\/em><\/strong>, Knight<\/strong> confirmed that the Peaky Blinders <\/em>film has been completed, although a release date has not yet been confirmed. \u2018It’s a bit early to say, but you could say it’s coming in a year or so,\u2019 <\/em><\/strong>he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the really interesting part came when asked about the future of the franchise, to which Knight<\/strong> replied: \u2018The film is coming out, but that won’t be the end of it’<\/em><\/strong>. And while he didn’t give any specific details about new projects – whether it’s a series or another feature film – he made it clear that there’s more to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project, which will reunite Cillian Murphy<\/strong> as Tommy Shelby<\/strong>, will feature an all-star cast including Rebecca Ferguson<\/strong>, Barry Keoghan<\/a><\/strong>, Tim<\/strong> Roth<\/strong> and Stephen Graham<\/strong>.
