Levi’s\u00ae and UNDERCOVER have joined forces once again to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Japanese brand founded by Jun Takahashi. To bring the collaboration to life, the campaign features Flea<\/a><\/strong>, the Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist, photographed at his home in Malibu by his daughter, Clara Balzary. And yes, they couldn’t have picked a better person than Flea, who perfectly embodies the spirit of this collection.<\/p>\n\n\n

Among the featured pieces are the Pinnacle Type II Trucker jackets, available in indigo selvedge denim and black corduroy. These jackets incorporate detachable zipper details on the sleeves, collar and side seams, allowing wearers to customize their look. This design is inspired by the \u201cExchange\u201d program from UNDERCOVER’s AW1998 collection, and each piece is finished with a co-branded jacron patch and a \u201cSmall Parts\u201d collar label that nods to the Japanese brand’s original concept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collection also includes the Type I Trucker jacket, crafted in 12 oz. black and white denim with an embroidered zigzag pattern on the sleeves and bottom hem, inspired by UNDERCOVER’s archival graphics from 2003. The Type III Trucker, on the other hand, reinterprets the yin-yang concept with a design that incorporates dual \u201clight\u201d and \u201cdarkness\u201d embroidery on the chest, plus printed and embroidered graphics on the back that symbolize interconnectedness and balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pants in the collection include two signature styles from the brand: the iconic Levi’s\u00ae 501\u00ae and Baggy Jeans. The former maintain their classic silhouette with an embroidered zigzag pattern on the side seams and a co-branded back patch, while the latter offer a looser fit and graphic details that reflect the designs of the Type III Trucker Jacket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The line is rounded out by three graphic T-shirts crafted in cotton. The long-sleeve versions come in white and feature a zigzag pattern printed on the collar and sleeves. The short-sleeve versions, available in black and white, combine printing and embroidery techniques to highlight the collection’s graphics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Levi’s\u00ae x UNDERCOVER collection launches globally on January 18, 2025 and will be available for purchase on Levis.com<\/a><\/strong>, the Levi’s\u00ae app, select Levi’s\u00ae stores, undercoverism.com and select UNDERCOVER stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
