J Balvin<\/strong><\/a> and Casio G-Shock have just dropped a bomb in the world of collaborations. The reggaeton icon, known for his passion for watches, is diving into the watch world with his first official collaboration with the Japanese brand. The Colombian star presents a limited edition of the G-Shock DWE5600 series, named “Time Matters”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The DWE5600 watch comes with a matte black bezel and an interchangeable translucent yellow strap, giving it a unique touch. On the dial, you\u2019ll find the message “Ma\u2019 G”, a reference to his hit from JOSE<\/em> (2021), while lightning bolt details, a nod to his album Energ\u00eda<\/em> (2016), adorn both the strap and the back of the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what\u2019s really interesting about this collaboration is the mix of visual and cultural elements: the buttons feature J Balvin\u2019s signature, and for the first time in G-Shock history, the watch includes text in Spanish, making this piece even more special. Balvin\u2019s famous smiling face logo is also engraved on the back of the watch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
