Now that the Italian fashion city has become his second home, David Koma makes a portrait of the style of the women who fill its streets every day and materializes it in this Pre-Fall 2025, his first proposal for the brand: a new starting point and at the same time a natural continuation of the Blumarine woman, always sensual, daring and modern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Koma captures this essence and transforms iconic Blumarine pieces into new interpretations. The fur-trimmed cardigan, a symbol of the house, appears reinvented in ostrich feathers, soft leathers and textures such as merino wool. The collection also plays with references to life in Milan, including pet prints and slogans such as \u201cWoof\u201d <\/strong>and \u201cMiao\u201d<\/strong> on T-shirts and accessories. Borzois, bengals and bull terriers, regulars on the city’s streets, make cameos in the campaign images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most interesting points of the collection is how David Koma plays with the classic codes of women’s clothing, transforming them with unexpected materials and silhouettes. Black dresses with lace and garlands appear combined with pieces in worn denim or neoprene, while tailored suits evolve into skirt sets, merino wool fabrics or denim jackets with lamb’s collar combined with minishorts decorated with silver charms. This contrast between classic and modern is proof of its ability to reinterpret Blumarine tradition with a fresh look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The brand’s signature romanticism remains intact, with floral motifs and lace present throughout the collection. From evening dresses in chantilly and pleats to lighter pieces in georgette or chiffon. Accessories, such as the iconic \u201cKiss Me\u201d bag in fluffy versions, and jewelry with roses and butterflies, connect Blumarine’s past with a new narrative that its new designer is beginning to draw. Leopard print boots, shearling or feathered heels, even pet collars decorated with rose-shaped studs, reflect the perfect symbiosis of the designer’s and the brand’s shared universes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blumarine Pre-Fall 2025 collection <\/strong>makes it evident that the union between the London designer and the Milanese house was destined to happen. We can say that Blumarine’s legacy has been resurrected by David Koma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
