The German brand, in partnership with the real estate group JDS Development Group<\/a><\/strong>, has given the green light for the sale of Mercedes-Benz<\/strong> Places Tower 2<\/strong>. This 67-storey skyscraper, which will redefine the Miami<\/strong> skyline in 2017, stands as a symbol of the innovation and timeless design for which the manufacturer is renowned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With an aesthetic based on the philosophy of \u2018sensual purity\u2019<\/em>, the tower stands with stacked and offset volumes, created by SHoP Architects<\/strong> and Woods Bagot<\/strong>. Its interior will feature panoramic windows and bathrooms inspired by luxury spas, among other exclusive facilities, such as the Silver Arrow Lounge<\/strong> on the rooftop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With 800 residences, a 174-room hotel, high-end offices and 12,000 m2 of amenities, Mercedes-Benz Places<\/strong> will offer the very best in terms of quality and excellence in the heart of Southside Park<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n
