Last night, the 97th Oscar Awards 2025 culminated an awards season that, far from sticking to convention, delivered a visual spectacle of unusual sophistication and stylistic daring. If the red carpets of the Golden Globes, the BAFTAs or the SAG Awards had already captivated us, the Oscars were the great stage where the guests reserved their most daring and dazzling bets, leaving an indelible mark for posterity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Glitter was one of the main protagonists. Selena Gomez, in a majestic Ralph Lauren column gown, dazzled with her beading. For her part, Demi Moore opted for an Armani Priv\u00e9 design with a neckline that, in addition to being spectacular, made it clear that the actress continues to set trends. The exaggeration of shapes was also present, like the Loewe silk dress worn by Raffey Cassidy, a work of art in which XXL bows took over the scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vibrant colours were another statement of intent on the red carpet. Michelle Yeoh, in her Balenciaga cobalt blue strapless gown, presented herself with an elegance that stood out among the darker tones. Coco Gauff, a youthful breaker, opted for a yellow Miu Miu with cascading ruffles, while Raye burst onto the scene in a draped, corseted Vivienne Westwood dress that fused sensuality with punk style, as only the British designer knows how to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But it wasn’t just the women who stole the spotlight: the men, increasingly willing to leave conventional suits behind, dazzled with their bets. Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet, infused with an energy that only he knows how to convey, exuded modernity in his butter-yellow Givenchy leather suit. Colman Domingo, in his red suit and Valentino shawl, surprised with a departure from convention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus, on the most anticipated night of the year, the Oscars 2025 reminded us that fashion is a field in constant evolution, where every step on the red carpet is a manifesto, a game, a work of art that forces us to rethink not only what we understand by beauty, but what it means to be a visionary of aesthetics in the 21st century.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
