A year after collaborating with Alo Yoga<\/strong> for the first time, the South Korean superstar reaffirms her bond with the brand and highlights her focus on physical and mental wellbeing. As she says, sport – specifically Pilates – is her favourite way to combat jet lag, as the workouts help her to maintain her energy and well-being. She also says that the Alo Wellness Club is her refuge to disconnect and relax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
