The organisation, which is going through a period of transition after the departure of Caroline Rush, is proposing a series of measures focused on reinforcing the structure of the event and improving conditions for local designers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most immediate change affects the calendar. After eliminating the men&#8217;s fashion edition in June, the BFC will concentrate all the shows in September, with a single, more solid programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within this same framework, the <strong>cost of participation for designers<\/strong> included in the main calendar will be <strong>eliminated<\/strong>. It will also double its investment in the guest programme. The aim is to attract international talent and increase London&#8217;s visibility as a key destination for the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, emerging designers selected within <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/highxtar.com\/en\/pullbear-joins-the-british-fashion-council-through-newgen-project\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NEWGEN<\/a><\/strong> will have guaranteed access to catwalk spaces for the next three editions of LFW. This provides stability and medium-term planning for developing brands such as A<strong>ARON ESH<\/strong>, <strong>Chet Lo<\/strong>, <strong>HARRI <\/strong>and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, BFC grantees will receive extended funding for the production of their collections and runway shows.
