The company had lost nearly half its value since its stock market debut in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shareholders will receive <strong>\u00a39 per share<\/strong>, a <strong>17.8% increase<\/strong> on the previous closing price, which sent the shares up <strong>16% in pre-market trading<\/strong>. Founder <strong>Nick Jones<\/strong> and <strong>Ron Burkle\u2019s investment firm Yucaipa<\/strong> will retain majority control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/aplusk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ashton Kutcher<\/a><\/strong> joins the <strong>board of directors<\/strong>, and <strong>Neil Thomson<\/strong> has been appointed as the new <strong>chief financial officer<\/strong>.
