For Fox, the main fear is \u201cfeeling old\u201d rather than physical ageing: \u201c<strong>When you\u2019re young and attractive, that\u2019s your identity. Then you realise you need to stay young and attractive.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In another interview with <em>People<\/em>, Julia Fox praised the new generation of women who speak openly about cosmetic surgery: \u201c<strong>If you\u2019re not honest, you\u2019re setting an unrealistic standard.<\/strong> That may be inspiring for you, but what about impressionable girls who feel: \u2018Why don\u2019t I look like that?
