Kim had purchased the Air Jordan 1s with the intention of reselling them, but discovered they were fake after verifying their authenticity on other platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The court dismissed the remainder of Nike\u2019s claims, which included trademark infringement, unfair competition, and false advertising. StockX also saw all of its claims against Nike dismissed.<strong> The parties were set to resolve the remaining matters at a trial scheduled between June and November 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>StockX highlighted that it invests in verification systems to prevent counterfeits and stands behind every product sold with its buyer guarantee.
