Since then, it has been a place of worship for aristocrats, intellectuals, film stars and figures of power. Its stage hosted memorable performances and its dance floor became <strong>synonymous with<em> la dolce vita<\/em><\/strong>. In the 1980s, Italian cinema consolidated it as a generational symbol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The death of its previous owner had left the club\u2019s future in doubt. Possible buyers and multimillion-euro offers were discussed. In the end, the balance tipped towards <a href=\"https:\/\/www.armani.com\/es-es\/?ds_rl=1259633&amp;gad_campaignid=964939439&amp;gad_source=1&amp;gbraid=0AAAAADQ2aTp7lWxM3uScrgTpab1Fb6S_l&amp;gclid=Cj0KCQjw5onGBhDeARIsAFK6QJa8mF5E6TAjF5Lwp8UkASRkEvS4i_ocQySIARU1zwD0Fxc3caJWsRQaAhsVEALw_wcB&amp;gclsrc=aw.ds&amp;tp=124776&amp;utm_campaign=HS_ES_Armani_Ecommerce_Search_Google_Brand_Pure&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_source=google\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Armani<\/a>, who at 91 reaffirmed with this gesture his bond with Forte dei Marmi. He <strong>had spent many summers there<\/strong>, and the town forms part of his intimate biography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The recent <strong>death of Armani on 4 September 2025<\/strong> opens a different chapter. His passing does not cancel the purchase or the plans, but raises the question of who will carry out these projects, how faithfully to his original vision, and under which executive direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, the purchase guarantees the continuity of a legendary club which is now preparing for a <strong>new stage, marked by his heritage <\/strong>but also by the institutional transition that begins.
