The iconic Fiesta del Calendario de Oro Jondo<\/strong> is back \u2014 Madrid\u2019s most flamboyant queer celebration of art, dance, and excess<\/strong> \u2014 taking over Sala Zenith (Calle de Atocha, 127)<\/strong> this Saturday, 25 October<\/strong>, for its 12th edition<\/strong>, organised by Cultura Sutura (@cultura.sutura<\/a>)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 700 guests<\/strong> \u2014 including artists, digital celebrities, and devotees of the bakala<\/em> aesthetic \u2014 will gather to celebrate the launch of the Oro Jondo 2026 Calendar<\/strong>. This cult object reinterprets Spanish iconography<\/strong> through a contemporary, pop and unapologetically queer<\/strong> lens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What began as an independent art project has grown into a true collective ritual<\/strong> \u2014 a night where art, performance, and dancefloor<\/strong> collide in an explosion of identity and celebration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Line-up That Has It All<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The night will kick off with PIEL MIXTA (@pielmixta<\/a>)<\/strong>, founder of Prometeo Club<\/strong> and Aux1 Net Label<\/strong>, who will set the tone with his trademark blend of Latinx club rhythms<\/strong> and deconstructed tribal beats<\/strong> \u2014 sounds that have already taken him across the globe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Venezuela comes YAJAIRA LA BEYACA (@yajairalabeyaca<\/a>)<\/strong>, performing in Madrid for the first time with a showcase of cumbia tambora and Venezuelan folklore<\/strong>, reshaped into something dystopian, blasphemous, and unforgettable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Headlining the night is ORO JONDO (@orojondo<\/a>)<\/strong>, the multidisciplinary artist behind the project. After performing at major festivals such as BBK LIVE<\/strong> and S\u00f3nar<\/strong>, he returns to Madrid with a dark, percussive hard groove set<\/strong>, accompanied by high-voltage visuals and gog\u00f3s<\/strong>, creating a full-blown sensory experience.<\/p>\n\n\n

Hosting the evening will be LACA UDILLA (@lacaudilla<\/a>)<\/strong>, current contestant on Drag Race Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>, known for her signature moustache and sharp tongue<\/strong>. She\u2019ll introduce each act and perform what\u2019s been described as \u201cthe Roc\u00edo Jurado Super Bowl.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To close the night, DJ TURBO (@djturbo_<\/a>)<\/strong> takes over with a final set of techno, ghetto, and dark, sexy hard house<\/strong>, perfect for those who refuse to call it a night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
