ASICS<\/a> <\/strong>continues to expand its “Crafts for Mind<\/strong>” initiative, a project that invites various designers to reinvent some of the brand\u2019s most iconic models. On this occasion, the Japanese label teams up with Moldovan designer Fidan Novruzova<\/strong>, one of the most exciting emerging voices in contemporary fashion. Together, they present a handcrafted reinterpretation of the GEL-CUMULUS 16<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result is a high-fashion approach to sports footwear<\/strong>. Novruzova combines her artisanal savoir-faire with ASICS\u2019 technical heritage. She transforms the classic silhouette through the use of premium leather<\/strong>, the same material she uses for her eponymous label. The outcome is a sculptural and sophisticated design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
