Levi\u2019s\u00ae<\/strong><\/a> joins forces with one of the most influential figures in hip-hop to unveil its latest collaboration. Levi\u2019s\u00ae x Nas<\/strong> is a collection that celebrates the journey and cultural impact of the New York rapper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Born Nasir Jones<\/strong> in Queens, New York, Nas<\/strong> is regarded as one of hip-hop\u2019s greatest storytellers. From his debut with Illmatic<\/em> in 1994 \u2014an album that marked a before and after in the genre\u2019s history and celebrated its 30th anniversary last year\u2014 to works such as It Was Written<\/em>, Stillmatic<\/em>, Life Is Good<\/em> and the King\u2019s Disease<\/em> series, the artist has maintained a distinctive voice and a deep connection to his roots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Levi\u2019s\u00ae x Nas Band Tees<\/strong> collection consists of three premium T-shirts<\/strong> that reinterpret the spirit of classic band tees. Each piece blends the artist\u2019s musical heritage with Levi\u2019s\u00ae timeless style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A grey long-sleeved T-shirt<\/strong> features \u201cNas\u201d on the chest and the motto \u201cone life \/ One love \/ one King\u201d on the back, reflecting the rapper\u2019s philosophical outlook. The white short-sleeved T-shirt<\/strong> pays tribute to Illmatic<\/em>, with its iconic album cover on the front and the Levi\u2019s\u00ae logo on the sleeves. Finally, the black short-sleeved T-shirt<\/strong> showcases the Stillmatic<\/em> cover, the album that reaffirmed Nas as hip-hop royalty, alongside Levi\u2019s\u00ae branding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNas represents the authentic spirit of hip-hop culture, which has always been intertwined with Levi\u2019s\u00ae<\/strong>,\u201d says Leo Gamboa<\/strong>, Vice President of Collaborations at Levi\u2019s\u00ae. \u201cWith T-shirts that celebrate some of his most beloved albums, this collection honours the connection between music, style and cultural expression that defines both Nas and Levi\u2019s\u00ae.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Queens as the main character<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To accompany the launch, Levi\u2019s\u00ae has partnered with Mass Appeal<\/strong>, Nas\u2019s record label, on a campaign directed by Phoenix Skye Maulella<\/strong> and photographed by Camilo Fuentealba Brevis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set in Queens, the campaign captures real stories from across the borough \u2014from Astoria to South Jamaica\u2014 highlighting people who embody its creative and hard-working spirit. Featured talents include Brian \u201cB. Dot\u201d Miller<\/strong>, Syreeta Gates<\/strong> and Parks Vallely<\/strong>, three local figures who reflect the community\u2019s energy and pride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This collaboration with Nas is part of a broader series of Levi\u2019s\u00ae releases dedicated to iconic artists and bands. Previous collections have paid tribute to names such as Oasis<\/strong>, Blur<\/strong>, Sonic Youth<\/strong>, Joy Division<\/strong> and New Order<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
