Located in the most elegant neighborhood of\u00a0Lisbon, the project is in line with the architectural sensitivity of the\u00a0Maison\u00a0and the creative spirit of the city. Located on Rua Braamcamp 48-50, a few steps from Avenida da Liberdade, the complex consists of 10 exclusive apartments distributed across 11 floors, with a surface area from 234 m\u00b2, large and versatile living areas, finished with first class quality and cutting-edge technology. Amenities also include a utility service, a select wellness center and private underground parking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building rises with a precise expression inspired by the Bauhaus style: a sculptural V-shaped facade that creates a composition of vertical lines that rise towards the sky, unfolding along a diagonal gradient. The gradient has red tones, in reference to the red frame that Karl Lagerfeld used to finish his pussies. The residence pays homage to Karl’s aesthetics, with design details that he also loves and uses in his own home and in his work. The interior design and facade of the building of the project were developed in collaboration with The One Atelier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The communal spaces of the residence are decorated by KARL LAGERFELD MAISON and finished in a palette of clean colors in handcrafted, lacquered steel, Milky Way stone and wood in Grigio tones. Home automation controls, radiant floor heating and intelligent appliances improve comfort and performance. The wellness plan, accessible to all residents, has a sensory shower (a multi-sensory spa experience that uses water, light, sound and aromatherapy), steam bath, sauna, heated pool, floating pool, treatment room and gym, a perfect bridge between design and ritual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reception staff wore custom-made KARL LAGERFELD uniforms with brand fabrics. A personal touch from Karl completes the living plan: an underwater sound system in the pool, inspired by those installed in Karl Lagerfeld’s own house in Biarritz. The private outdoor pool of the penthouse is designed with a transparent soil that forms the ceiling of the lower floor, which adds a unique and bold layer to the interior space. Each apartment includes a private jacuzzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
