After celebrating its 30th anniversary with a privatisation deal worth \u00a32.7 billion, the British company<\/a><\/strong> has unveiled its ambitious goals for 2026, which include international expansion, the renovation of iconic spaces and a firm commitment to wellbeing, experience and technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the recently opened Soho House Manchester<\/strong>\u2014the first in northern England<\/strong>\u2014the focus for next year is clearly on the United States<\/strong>. New York<\/strong> is consolidating its position as one of the major hubs of the plan: the brand will completely renovate Soho House New York<\/strong>, its 4,180 m\u00b2 space overlooking the Hudson River <\/strong>in the Meatpacking District<\/strong>, with a special emphasis on new health and wellness benefits for members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Added to this is the opening of Soho House Flatiron<\/strong>, which will become the fourth\u2014and largest\u2014club in the city. The new enclave will feature a Soho Health Club<\/strong> equipped with the company’s \u2018most advanced gym\u2019<\/em>, as well as a social club, rooftop terrace, and hotel, reinforcing the idea of Soho House<\/strong> as a comprehensive creative ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond Manhattan<\/strong>, Soho Farmhouse New York<\/strong>, its retreat in upstate New York<\/strong>, will continue to develop, with special dinners featuring guest chefs already planned. And, for the first time, the Soho House Festival <\/strong>will land in the Big Apple<\/strong> on 3 October 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Los Angeles<\/strong>, Soho House<\/strong> Holloway<\/strong> will also undergo renovations, while Mexico<\/strong> joins the map with the opening of Soho House Los Cabos<\/strong>, at the southern tip of Baja California<\/strong>. On the opposite side of the country, Soho Beach House<\/strong> Miami<\/strong> will also undergo a comprehensive renovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the major milestones of 2026 will be the opening of the 50th Soho House<\/strong> location, which will also mark its debut in Japan<\/strong>. Soho<\/strong> House Tokyo<\/strong>, scheduled to open in the spring, will be located in the Minami-Aoyama<\/strong> neighbourhood and will feature four floors of club space, a rooftop swimming pool, a wellness studio and 42 rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the United Kingdom<\/strong>, plans are moving forward with a more natural proposal. At Babington House<\/strong>, on <\/strong>the outskirts of London<\/strong>, The Lazy<\/strong> Wood<\/strong> will arrive, an idyllic renovation with new fully equipped wooden cabins, hidden among the rural grounds of the property. For its part, Soho House Manchester<\/strong> will open its rooftop swimming pool in the middle of the year, just in time for the warmer months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Europe<\/strong> also continues to gain weight in the global strategy. The brand has confirmed new openings in Milan<\/strong>, Madrid<\/a><\/strong> and Lisbon<\/strong>, as well as a second project in Italy with the arrival of Soho Farmhouse Tuscany<\/strong>, reinforcing its presence in key locations across the continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
