Amid rumours and headlines pointing to a possible rift with their son Brooklyn Beckham<\/strong>, David and Victoria Beckham have closed a new real estate deal in Miami: the sale of their penthouse in the iconic One Thousand Museum<\/strong>, the residential tower designed by Zaha Hadid.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The property has been sold for approximately $25 million, after being purchased by the couple in 2020 for $19.8 million, at the height of David’s consolidation at the helm of Inter Miami CF<\/strong>. The deal confirms that, beyond the media noise, the Beckham clan’s business focus in Miami remains strong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located on the 59th floor of the building, the apartment occupies an entire floor with an area of 9,200 square feet<\/strong>. The residence has five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms<\/strong>, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows framed by the characteristic structural \u2018exoskeleton\u2019 that defines the silhouette of the skyscraper. From that height, the views open up to Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, reinforcing the feeling of exclusivity. Living there meant having Miami literally at your feet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interior features a contemporary, ready-to-move-in aesthetic, in line with the building’s ultra-luxurious profile. One Thousand Museum also offers a double-height aquatic centre, a sky lounge and a feature that is unusual even in the premium market: Miami’s only private residential helipad<\/strong>.
