He had already hinted at this doubt in 2024 during his appearance on <strong><em>The Zach Sang Show<\/em><\/strong>, where he confessed that his understanding of love was <em>\u201cconstantly evolving\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, he confessed to the presenter that his <strong><em>\u2018understanding of love is constantly evolving. At the time, I may have thought it was love, but as I grew older, I realised that perhaps it wasn&#8217;t. Maybe it was lust. I don&#8217;t think it was love.\u2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zayn<\/strong> and <strong>Gigi<\/strong>&#8216;s relationship was marked by ups and downs, and ended definitively in 2021, causing a media storm after an alleged altercation between the artist and <strong>Yolanda Hadid<\/strong>. Despite his doubts about the nature of his feelings, he made it clear that his bond with <strong>Gigi<\/strong> remains important to him. <strong><em>\u2018I will always love her and I will always have the utmost respect for her,\u2019 he added, emphasising that she is the mother of his daughter.&#8217;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Zayn: Being Single is Freeing [Die For Me -
