Singer <strong>Rihanna&#8217;s<\/strong> mansion was the scene of a shooting while the artist was inside the house. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a 30-year-old woman fired several shots at the property from outside before attempting to flee the scene. Fortunately, no one was injured and the suspect was arrested shortly afterwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-tiktok wp-block-embed-tiktok\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"tiktok-embed\" cite=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@gmanews\/video\/7615170615821077816\" data-video-id=\"7615170615821077816\" data-embed-from=\"oembed\" style=\"max-width:605px; min-width:325px;\"> <section> <a target=\"_blank\" title=\"@gmanews\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@gmanews?refer=embed\">@gmanews<\/a> <p>WATCH: Aerial footage shows police at the Los Angeles home of Rihanna, where an armed woman reportedly drove up and opened fire on Sunday, March 8 (US time). According to the Los Angeles Times and NBC4, citing a Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson, authorities responded to the incident and detained a 30-year-old female suspect. Los Angeles police and a representative for Rihanna did not immediately respond to Reuters requests for comment. Rihanna was at home during the shooting, but no injuries were reported, the Los Angeles Times said, citing a source. Police radio traffic indicated that \u201capproximately 10 shots\u201d were fired from a vehicle across the street from the property\u2019s gate. One of the bullets even pierced one of the walls of the house. The woman reportedly arrived in the area driving a white Tesla and opened fire from the vehicle, prompting a rapid police response in the exclusive <strong>Beverly Hills<\/strong> neighbourhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The singer of \u2018Umbrella\u2019 was inside the house when the incident occurred, although it is not known whether her partner, rapper <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/asaprocky\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/asaprocky\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">A$AP Rocky<\/a><\/strong>, or her three young children were also there at the time. After the incident, officers recovered the weapon used and took the alleged perpetrator to police headquarters while the circumstances of the attack are investigated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The case has been handed over to the Robbery-Homicide Division of the <strong>Los Angeles Police Department<\/strong>, which has not yet determined the motive for the shooting. No hypothesis has been ruled out, from the possible actions of an obsessed fan to some personal conflict.
