The allegations have gained new momentum after private messages from La Roux herself came to light which, according to court documents cited by media outlets such as People, would support the model&#8217;s version of what happened during that recording.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"La Roux - In For The Kill (Official Music Video)\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/tXtATeQ7GKg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the account included in the lawsuit, Ann claims that West crossed boundaries in an extreme manner during the filming. The model claims that the artist grabbed her by the neck, covered her mouth and even put his fingers down her throat, performing a gesture that, according to the complaint, simulated <strong>forced oral sex<\/strong>. In them, she explains that she was never able to forget what happened and describes the experience as \u2018horrible.\u2019 She also notes that she asked that <strong>the images never be used or circulated<\/strong>, as the model was understandably concerned that the material could be leaked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This case is part of a lawsuit filed in 2024 in which Ann<strong> also accuses Universal Music Group<\/strong> of continuing to collaborate with artists known for problematic behaviour within the industry. Although La Roux had already hinted in 2020 that she had witnessed disturbing behaviour by West, at the time she refrained from giving details out of respect for the person concerned.
