Originally created in 1970 by the French designer Christian Adam in collaboration with the Italian studio Poltronova.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Originally created in 1970 by the French designer, Chlo\u00e9<\/strong> has decided to reinterpret the iconic Tomato Chair<\/em><\/strong> through its own aesthetic lens at this year\u2019s Milano Design Week<\/strong>, under the creative direction of Chemena Kamali<\/a><\/strong>, who, since her debut in Autumn\/Winter 2024<\/strong>, has revived the brand\u2019s freest, most bohemian and escapist spirit. Flowing dresses, ruffles and an energy clearly inspired by the 1970s have been some of the hallmarks that have defined her narrative ever since\u2026 and now that same aesthetic has made the leap to furniture. The Tomato Chair<\/em><\/strong> fits almost naturally into this narrative, as it emerges as an organic piece, with fluid lines and a carefree attitude that doesn\u2019t strive for perfection. On the contrary, its charm lies precisely in not taking itself too seriously. And that is exactly where Kamali<\/strong>\u2019s vision for Chlo\u00e9<\/strong> comes in, where fashion and lifestyle blend together seamlessly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond the object itself, the launch puts forward an idea that defines this new creative phase for the Maison<\/em>: why can\u2019t home d\u00e9cor be as expressive, free and emotional as the way we dress?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
