Under the slogan \u201cFashion is Art\u201d<\/em>, the acclaimed event brought together more than 400 guests.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From established icons to the next generation, including athletes, artists and internet personalities, this year\u2019s MET Gala<\/strong> has arguably been one of the most eagerly anticipated (and controversial) events of recent years. The reason? The involvement of Jeff Bezos<\/strong> and Lauren<\/strong> S\u00e1nchez<\/strong> as lead sponsors and honorary chairs. A move that sparked an immediate debate: fashion cannot remain apolitical, and which led to protests, performances and even a \u2018Resistance Red Carpet\u2019 <\/em>on the streets of New York<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inside the Metropolitan Museum of Art<\/a><\/strong>, however, the evening went on as usual, with four curators at the helm: Beyonc\u00e9<\/strong>, Nicole Kidman<\/strong>, Venus<\/strong> Williams<\/strong> and Anna Wintour<\/strong>. Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s return, after years of absence, marked one of the gala\u2019s most symbolic moments, turning her mere presence into a cultural event.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each guest demonstrated their ability to interpret the theme within their own context, showcasing stunning looks such as that of Emma<\/strong> Chamberlain<\/strong>, who wore a colourful Mugler<\/strong> dress designed by Miguel Castro Freitas<\/strong>; Cardi B<\/strong> in her Marc Jacobs<\/strong> outfit; Teayana Taylor<\/strong> in a Haider Ackermann<\/strong> design for Tom Ford<\/strong>; Rihanna<\/strong> in a haute couture gown by Maison<\/strong> Margiela<\/strong>; Sabrina Carpenter<\/strong> looking impeccable in Christian Dior<\/strong>; and LISA<\/strong> opting for a surrealist creation by Robert Wun<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
